From December 7 to 9, 2020, Bureau Veritas International Inspection Group (that is, "BV Company") audit team of five people conducted a three-day supervision and audit of CIMC III system in Nantong as planned.

This year's certification audit is the first integrated certification audit since the construction and operation of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 three systems, is involved in the re-certification of ISO9001 and ISO14001, ISO45001 second annual supervision and audit, at the same time, the audit of ISO45001, It is also the first certification audit after the occupational health and safety management system was upgraded from OHSAS18001 to ISO45001.   

At 9:00 am on December 7, the management Department leader Yang Weitang General Manager, Executive Deputy General Manager Zhao Hao, Deputy General Manager Lu Xinlin, HSE management representative Yuan Wenqing Deputy General Manager, quality system management representative Chen Jianming general assistant, heads of departments and internal auditors attended the first meeting. General Manager Yang proposed that this audit is a test of the company's management system operation results, General Manager Yang asked all departments to have the same goal, take the overall situation into account, coordinate in place, the certification audit as an important work, study seriously, actively cooperate with the audit teacher's certification audit. Accept the questions raised by the teacher humbly, turn the problems found in the audit into the breakthrough point for the improvement of subsequent work, and use the "PDCA cycle method" to make continuous improvement.

After the first meeting, the audit team conducted an audit of the departments of management, Enterprise Management, security, equipment, production, procurement and transportation by sampling inspection, viewing records, and interviewing question

At 4pm on December 9, the last meeting was held to report the results of this audit. At the meeting, the BV audit team thanked the cadres and employees of Nantong CIMC for their active cooperation in the audit process. On the one hand, the audit team affirmed the progress made by Nantong CIMC in promoting the improvement of the system, as well as the highlights in on-site improvement, environmental governance, energy conservation and emission reduction, and cultural construction. On the other hand, the audit teacher said that there is no end to improvement. I hope everyone can think positively and thoroughly improve the problems found in the audit process and the suggestions put forward by the audit teachers, so as to continuously improve the management level of our company's QHSE system.

At the last meeting, General Manager Yang requested that the problems and suggestions put forward by the teachers in this review should be carefully rectified after the meeting, find the real cause of the problem, draw a lesson from one another, formulate rectification measures and implement them as soon as possible. It is hoped that all departments, in accordance with the requirements of "customer first, originality and quality, consolidating the foundation and preventing risks", practice the quality culture of "product such as character, work is a person", continue to consolidate and improve the quality brand of the company, strictly abide by safety, occupational health, environmental laws and regulations and other requirements, fulfill social responsibilities, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company.
