On the afternoon of April 8, Mr. Tian Changping, Chief of the Business Management Department of Nantong Customs and Mr. Zhang Ying visited CIMC Nantong for AEO internal audit business guidance and exchange. This activity was convened by Nantong CIMC Container Company, and invited the relevant departments of Anrui Environmental Technology Company (Guo Zhihua, deputy general manager, etc.), energy company (Feng Feng, senior manager of audit, etc.), food equipment company (Chen Feng, deputy director of internal control Department, etc.) to participate.    

At the exchange meeting, Zhao Hao, executive vice president of our company, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the company, warmly welcomed the two customs teachers to visit CIMC Nantong and expressed heartfelt thanks to Nantong Customs for their long-term support and help! As an AEO advanced certification enterprise, Nantong CIMC has been receiving careful guidance from customs teachers in recent years, helping our company to deeply understand AEO policies and audit guidelines, guiding us on the spot to improve internal management and continuously meet AEO certification standards.

At the meeting, Tian Changping, chief of the Section, fully affirmed the high attention given to the AEO system by CIMC subordinate enterprises. Tian shared the common deduction points for certified enterprises in Nantong, especially pointing out that in the process of enterprise certification, the internal audit system is the most deducted points. Then Tian conducted training and guidance on internal audit related contents, and stressed the importance of the standardization, quality and integrity of internal audit. Meanwhile, he also suggested that the sister companies of CIMC could make use of their professional advantages. To carry out mutual internal audit of import and export activities instead of hiring a special audit of a third party company can not only increase internal business exchanges, but also achieve consensus on difficult issues.

Manager Tang pointed out the future work direction of our AEO system, and said that our company will continue to improve the internal audit system, strengthen the professional learning of internal auditors, closely integrate internal audit work with business practice and implement internal audit activities, take responsibility for the problems found in internal audit and continuously improve them, and at the same time, give full play to the advantages of multiple enterprises in CIMC Nantong. The brother enterprises shall organize mutual exchanges and internal audits, learn from each other and make progress together, so as to make AEO the soft power and important competitiveness of enterprises, ensure the stable, sustainable and safe development of the import and export business of the company, lay a good foundation for the rapid development of the company and enhance the competitiveness of the international market.
