At 9:22, under a powerful "flag out" instruction, nine heroic flag bearers supported the five-star Red flag, the CIMC 40th Anniversary flag and the Nantong CIMC flag, and walked toward the flag-raising platform with neat steps. Along with the uplifting "March of the Volunteers" and "Song of the Central Gathering", three flags were raised and waved in the wind under the blue sky. The whole audience stood in awe and stared, singing together, their eyes full of heat and pride.

Xu Yongsheng, general manager of the energy company, delivered a speech on behalf of the management department of the three companies of CIMC Nantong. Xu Yongsheng said: In 40 years of time integration and 40 years of struggle, CIMC Group, as one of the first joint ventures in the reform and opening up of New China, has always been on the same road with the country and shared the fate of The Times. As one of CIMC's earliest R & D and manufacturing bases, Nantong has created 50% of the Group's champion products under the leadership of the Group for decades. In order to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Group, the two plates and three companies jointly took a creative group photo to bless the 40th anniversary of the group: "I Love CIMC". 500 "CIMC Red" together depict "I Love CIMC", leaping in front of CIMC Building in Nantong, like a pure heart beating in this land; 500 national flags and CIMC 40th anniversary flags waved together on this special day to express the deep blood feelings between CIMC Nantong and CIMC.
